Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Westmeath Old Age Pension.

26. Mr. Connolly asked the Minister for Social Welfare why an old age pension in full has not been paid to persons (names supplied) in County Westmeath.

Mr. Cluskey: By decision of the local pension sub-committee on 13th November, 1975 a non-contributory old age pension at the full rate, including the appropriate increase for a pensioner's wife, was awarded in the case of the persons concerned, who are a married couple. A pension order book accordingly, has since been issued and all arrears of pension paid.
