Mr. Lemass asked the Taoiseach if he will establish a single governmental institution to deal with environmental problems. Arrangements for co-ordination on environmental matters between the organisations concerned have recently been strengthened and will be kept under review. Mr. Lemass Mr. Lemass 2.
