42. Mr. Coughlan asked the Minister for Education if he is aware that the papers of students who sat for an art examination in Limerick were lost and that as a consequence they had to sit for the examination again; and if he will give the result of this repeat examination.

Mr. Faulkner: I am so aware Twenty-nine candidates sat for the repeat examination. Twenty passed and nine failed. The results have already been issued to the candidates themselves.
