105. Mr. Lynch asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will appoint permanently the temporary postman in Moyvane, County Kerry who has been acting in the capacity as temporary postman for the past seven years.

[1954] Mr. Lalor: I expect to make an appointment shortly to an auxiliary postman vacancy which arose at Moyvane on 3rd November last. I assume the Deputy's question refers to the man who has intermittently been employed as a substitute at Moyvane. His claims and qualifications along with those of other applicants will be given due consideration.
