Dr. Byrne asked the Minister for Local Government if a rate collector has the power to enter the house of a person who is in arrears of rates and take possession of the goods of that house regardless of whether they belong to the person who is responsible for the arrears or to other people. Mr. Boland Mr. Boland Mr. Boland: I would refer the Deputy to section 59 of the Local Government Act, 1941. Mr. Murphy Mr. Murphy Mr. Murphy: Is it in order for a Minister to tell a Deputy, when he asks a question, that he should refer to a particular section of an Act passed years ago?
