Flanagan asked the Minister for Justice if he will make provision to enable persons detained at Curragh Internment Camp to cast their votes at the expected referendum on P.R., if they so desire; and if he will arrange that any such person who wishes to return to his home to cast his vote is not prevented from doing so.
