Mrs. Lynch asked the Minister for Local Government when it is proposed to commence the building of flats in the Vicar Street area, Dublin.

Mr. Smith: I understand that Dublin Corporation hope to invite tenders for a scheme of 70 flat-dwellings at Vicar Street before the end of the present month. I cannot yet say when building will be commenced.
