Minister for Defence (General MacEoin): With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 20 and 21 together. The question of amending the Army Pensions Act, 1953, is at present under active consideration, but at this stage I am not in a position to say when legislation will be introduced.
