Mr. S. Collins asked the Minister for Finance when it is hoped to clear the Gasoon River near Kealkil, which was inspected many years ago.

Mr. Beegan: It is not possible to identify any river of this name in the neighbourhood of Kealkil, but if the Deputy will ask the interested parties to submit an application for the work under the rural improvements scheme, the matter will be considered.
