Mr. O'Donnell Mr. O'Donnell Mr. O'Donnell asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will ensure that a sufficient supply of seed oats will be made available during the coming spring to the small farmers in the Dunfanaghy district of County Donegal. Mr. Walsh Mr. Walsh 170 Mr. Walsh: I take it that the Deputy refers to the seed distribution scheme for congested areas which is operated [170] by my Department. The quantity of seed oats allocated for distribution in the Dunfanaghy area during the coming spring should be ample for the purpose of the scheme, which is to provide a change of seed for smallholders in the area in which it operates.
