Minister for Agriculture (Dr. Ryan): I move:

That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by [476] the Oireachtas of such expenses as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to consolidate with amendments the provisions of the Agricultural produce (Cereals) Acts, 1933 to 1937, relating to the importation of flour, wheaten meal, wheaten preparations, wheat, maize and certain feeding stuffs and to the exportation of certain feeding stuffs.
