Mr. Jordan asked the Minister for Lands if he will consider the acquisition of lands at Hollypark, Craughwell, County Galway, on the estate of Helenus Whyte with a view to distribution amongst landless men and congests in the area.

Mr. Boland: The Land Commission are having inquiries made to ascertain the suitability for their purposes of the lands of Hollypark in the occupation of H.M. Whyte, and on receipt of the inspector's report the question of acquisition will be considered.
