Mr. Corish (for Mr. Keyes) Mr. Corish (for Mr. Keyes) Mr. Corish (for Mr. Keyes) asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether he is aware that Mr. Patrick Noonan, Kilfinane Road, Ballylanders, County Limerick, resides with his wife and four children in a house which has been condemned by the medical officer for health on the grounds that it is overcrowded and unfit for human habitation; whether he is aware that two of the children are suffering from tuberculosis; that Mr. Noonan made application over two years ago for cottage C 28 on the lands of Charles Bailey, Spittal, Ballylanders; whether the cottage was completed 15 months ago and is still unoccupied, and whether he will state why the application of Mr. Noonan was not acceded to. Representations have already been made to the board of health in regard to the case, and I am informed the cottage referred to has been let to another tenant.
