Minister for Local Government and Public Health (Mr. O Ceallaigh): I move:

That it is expedient to authorise such charges on the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present Session to provide for the taking of a plebiscite on a Draft Constitution approved by Dáil Eireann (whether before or after the passing of this Act) before the dissolution of the Oireachtas which shall occur next after the passing of this Act.
