Doyle (for Mr. Dillon) asked the Minister for Justice whether his attention has been directed to a sale of cattle conducted by the Sheriff at Fermoy, County Cork, where 79 cattle were sold to Mr. Cash for £90, and whether he will cause inquiry to be made as to whether this sale was carried out in accordance with Statutory requirements.
