Mr. Blaney Mr. Blaney Mr. Blaney asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state whether representations have been made to the Land Commission by tenants whose lands abut the Owencarry River in the Barnes gap district, Earl of Leitrim Estate, Co. Donegal, regarding the flooding of those lands, and, if so, if the Minister will authorise an inspection of the Lackagh River with a view to the removal of a rocky obstruction therein which causes the flooding complained of.
