Mr. Killilea asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire the remaining portion of the non-resident land on the Fallon Estate, Nettriville, Mountbellow, Co. Galway, for division amongest the congests in that district.

[2000] Mr. Roddy: It is not the intention of the Land Commission to take any action for the present in regard to the acquisition of the lands at Windfield the property of Mr. Michael Noone to which the Deputy appears to refer.

Mr. Killilea: Is the Parliamentary Secretary aware that this man lives in Milltown, Galway, about thirty miles away and that there is no one but a herd living on the land?
