Pádraig O hOgáin (An Clár) Pádraig O hOgáin (An Clár) Pádraig O hOgáin (An Clár) asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state what decision has been reached by his Department in respect of the application of some thirty-five tenants for turbary on the estate of John Bianconi, Craghera, Kildysart, Co. Clare, where there are over fifty acres of turbary available for division. Mr. Roddy Mr. Roddy Mr. Roddy: The Land Commission are making inquiries as to what turbary is available on this estate for the accommodation of the applicants for turbary thereon with a view to the framing of regulations under Section 21 of the Irish Land Act, 1903, and Section 42 of the Land Act, 1923.
