Mr. M. O'Reilly asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he has given any attention to the question of the division of the lands known as the Shirley Ball Estate, near Garlow Cross, Navan.

Mr. Roddy: The Land Commission have already had the lands of Gerrardstown on the Shirley Ball Estate inspected and it is not their intention to take any proceedings at present for their acquisition.
