Mr. Little Mr. Little Mr. Little asked the Minister for Justice whether he proposes to dismiss David Tormey, Gárda Síochána, of Killarney, in consequence of the judgment delivered against him by the Circuit Court Judge at the October Sessions of this year at Killarney, whereby the said Gárda was found guilty of having without just cause struck Mr. John M. Fleming, farmer, of Toremore, Killarney, when the said Gárda was carrying out a raid for arms in the house of Mr. Fleming. Mr. Little Mr. Little Mr. Little: Does the Minister realise that under the present circumstances conduct of this sort on the part of an official of the Government is very serious indeed where breach of discipline is combined with breach of the peace and an act of violence? In view of that would he state what he proposes to do in the matter?
