Micheál O Cléirigh asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state what efforts, if any, are being made to provide land for the relief of the acute congestion which exists amongst the tenants on the Kirkwood Estate, Kilcummin, Lacken, Co. Mayo.

Mr. Roddy: The Land Commission have under consideration the question of the relief of congestion existing on the Kirkwood Estate at Kilcummin, but there are no untenanted lands in the district that could be utilised for relief of the congestion.
