Micheál O Cléirigh asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state if any action is being taken by the Irish Land Commission in acquiring the lands of Carn Hill, owned by Mr. T.F. O'Reilly, Bulmullet, at Carnfowler, Belmullet, Co. Mayo, and the cause of the delay in having those lands distributed amongst uneconomic land holders in the locality.

[799] Mr. Roddy: The Land Commission took possession of the lands of Carn (Nash) formerly in the occupation of the representatives of the late T. F. O'Reilly, in June last under an order of the High Court. The question of the disposal of the land is under consideration.
