Fogarty asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state when it is intended to divide the farm on the Philips estate, Gaile, Co. Tipperary, which is still held by the Land Commission, and if it is intended to [796] have it divided amongst the three applicants, two of whom, Messrs. Patrick Murphy and Darmody, worked on the estate, and John Dwyer, who has an uneconomic holding adjoining the estate.
