Finance (Customs Duties) (No. 2) Bill, 1931—First Stage.

Minister for Finance (Mr. Blythe): I move for leave to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to charge and impose certain duties of customs and to made further provisions in connection with finance. The Bill is for the purpose of confirming the resolution imposing certain duties on leather.
