Dáil Éireann - Volume 40 - 22 October, 1931

Questions on Adjournment.

Mr. Kennedy: I wish to give notice that I shall raise the subject-matter of question 2 on the Adjournment. I can give absolute proof that the military were there on that particular night. The whole countryside can prove it.

Mr. Fitzgerald: When the Deputy goes home and inquires, he will find that he has got the wrong end of the stick.

An Ceann Comhairle: Notice has been given of two questions on the Adjournment. One question refers to the subject-matter of question 3, on which, we are assured, the Minister is not prepared to answer. The other [568] question refers to a matter on which there is a complete conflict of testimony. I shall have to give the matter some thought.

Mr. Kennedy: I am prepared to leave the question of which I gave notice over until to-morrow.

Mr. Cossidy: I should prefer to raise the question of which I gave notice to-night.
