Seosamh O Cinnéide Seosamh O Cinnéide 564 Seosamh O Cinnéide asked the Minister for Defence if he is aware [564] that a party of military from Mullingar held up three civilians in the vicinity of Castlepollard on the night of the 3rd October, and that the officer in charge, it is alleged, maltreated two of the civilians, and used abusive language towards them; and, if so, will the Minister state if it is on his instructions that an officer so behaves.
