Introduction of Transport Bill.

Mr. Davin: Could the President say when the Transport Bill will be introduced and if it is the intention to give that Bill precedence over the Road Traffic Bill?

The President: The drafting of the Transport Bill has not yet been completed. It is not possible at the moment to specify exactly the date of introduction.

It is not proposed to interfere with the progress of the Road Traffic Bill which is at present before the House.
