Mr. Clancy asked the Minister for Finance whether he will state when it is proposed to repay to Mr. James Kirby, of Farranshone, Limerick, the sum of £5 (five pounds) which he subscribed to the Dáil Eireann Loan, 1919-20.

Mr. Blythe: Mr. Kirby's claim has already ben admitted and authority to issue a Savings Certificate which will enable him to obtain repayment in respect of a subscription of £5 (five pounds) made by him to the Dáil Eireann (Internal) Loan, 1919-20, will be given to the Department of Posts and Telegraphs at an early date.
