Mícheál O Cléirigh asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state what progress has been made towards the acquisition of the farm owned by Mr. B. Cunniffe, at Lismurane, Bohola, County Mayo; and if the petition signed by tenants with [404] valuations of £5 and under, requesting the taking over of this farm for distribution amongst them, has been considered.

Mr. Roddy: The petition referred to by the Deputy has been received and the lands of Lismurrane, the property of Mr. Bernard Cunniffe, have been inspected and valued. The report of the Inspector is at present under consideration.
