Mr. Harris Mr. Harris Mr. Harris asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state what decision has been arrived at as a result of the inspection by the Land Commission respecting the acquisition and division of lands amongst the uneconomic holders and landless people in the townlands of Pluckerstown, Kilmoney, Feighcullen, Keelogues, Cannonstown, Bonaghmore, Boston, Cloncumber, Tullylost and Boherkill, in the Rathangan and Allen areas, Co. Kildare. Mr. Roddy Mr. Roddy Mr. Roddy: The Land Commission have had inquiry made into the occupancy of all the lands which the Deputy appears to have in mind as suitable for acquisition and have ascertained that all these lands have already been purchased under the Land Purchase Acts. It is not proposed at present to take any action for acquisition save in respect of the lands of Murphy minors, situate in Rathangan.
