Mr. Briscoe asked the Minister for Finance if he will state whether his consent has been sought by the Agricultural Credit Corporation for the purpose of dealing in British Treasury Bills, and, if so, whether that consent was given and for what amounts and at what times.

Mr. Blythe: The Agricultural Credit Corporation, Ltd., is not required to obtain my consent to any proposed temporary investment of its surplus funds. The latter part of the Deputy's question accordingly does not arise.
