Mr. Briscoe Mr. Briscoe Mr. Briscoe asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state the cause of the dealy in repayment of Road Tax Rebate, and when the persons who have made payment without deduction and have claimed on proof for a refund can expect to recover the Rebate for each of the last three quarters already acknowledged and passed for payment.
