Mr. Briscoe asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if it is now intended to hold an inquiry into the administration and financial situation of the Electricity Supply Board, and if he will state when he expects to be able to lay before the House the details of the Accounts, together with the Auditors' Reports and recommendations.

Mr. McGilligan: Inquiry into these matters is proceeding continuously. The Accounts and Auditors' Report for the year 1929/1930 have not yet been received but I expect them shortly.
