Mr. Lemass asked the Minister for Justice if a decision has yet been reached ad to the action, if any, to be taken by the Government when the Increase of Rent Acts expire at the end of the present year; and, if so, the nature of such decision.

Mr. Fitzgerald-Kenney: It is intended to continue these Acts in operation for another year by means of the Expiring Laws Continuance Act.
