Mr. Walsh asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state what steps are being taken to relieve the acute congestion existing in the Derrypark, Tourmakeady district, County Mayo; and if he will also state when the Clemens Estate, in this area, will be finally dealt with, and all outstanding questions of turbary, etc., settled.

Mr. Roddy: Schemes for the resale of portions of the large Estate of H. J.B. Clements in County Mayo which [2190] was acquired by the Congested Districts Board have been prepared and are at present under consideration by the Land Commission.
