Mr. G. Boland (for Mr. F.H. Crowley) asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state when the vesting in the tenants of the De Moleyns Estate, Beaufort, Kerry, will take place and if the Minister is aware that when the landlord sold portion of the estate the fishing rights and game rights became the property of the tenant who purchased that portion and if the remainder of the tenants to be vested will enjoy the fishing and game rights.
