Mr. Blaney asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health to state whether the appeal in the case of the old age pension claim of Rose Buttler of Ballaghderg, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, has yet been considered, and, if so, what decision has been come to in the matter.

General Mulcahy: The Deputy's question appears to relate to the case of Rose Butler, Calhame, Letterkenny, in which an appeal was decided on the 1st June, 1931, the claim for an old age pension being disallowed, as I was not satisfied on the evidence submitted that the claimant fulfilled the statutory qualification as to age.
