Order of Business.

The President: I propose to take items 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and so on, and then No. 1.

Ordered: That Public Business be not interrupted at 9 o'clock.

Mr. Lemass: Would the President state if it still is his intention to adjourn on Friday, and if so, would he indicate the items which it is intended to conclude by Friday?

The President: I propose to adjourn when we have finished items No. 1 on the Order Paper and Nos. 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 and I should hope No. 13.

Mr. MacEntee: Does he still anticipate the adjournment on Friday?

The President: I have never lost hope.
