Mr. Fitzgerald-Kenney Mr. Fitzgerald-Kenney 797 Mr. Fitzgerald-Kenney: There are no special steps which I could take to ensure that motor cars, buses and lorries will exercise more caution on approaching cross roads and dangerous turns. In proper cases the Gárda Síochána institute proceedings under Section 1 of the Motor Car Act, 1903, for the offence of driving a motor [797] car on a public road recklessly or negligently or in a manner which is dangerous to the public. It is also open to any member of the public to initiate proceedings in cases which come to his notice. Dáil Éireann 39 Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. Motor Traffic on Roads. Questions 19310624
