Mr. McGilligan: I move:—

“That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to extend the limit of time imposed by the Trade Loans Guarantee (Amendment) Act, 1930, on the giving of guarantees and the making of loans under the Trade Loans (Guarantee) Act, 1924, and to enable the Minister for Industry and Commerce to limit the time within which applications for such guarantees and such loans may be made.”

Leave granted.
