38 & 39 Vic. c. 59.	The Pharmacy Act (Ireland), 1875.	In section 30 the words “or compounding any medicines of the British Pharmacopoeia except according to the formularies of the said Pharmacopoeia,” and in section 31 the words “and against the preparing of any medicines of the British Pharmacopoeia except according to the formularies of the said Pharmacopoeia.”

Minister for Local Government and Public Health (General Mulcahy): With regard to this Schedule Deputy Dr. Ryan has pointed out that the figure “59” should be “57.” That is so and I move to delete “59” and substitute “57.”
