Mr. Fogarty Mr. Fogarty Mr. Fogarty asked the Minister for Agriculture whether his attention has been drawn to the resolution passed by the South Tipperary County Council, on 26th May last, asking for a five years' moratorium in respect of the payments under Section 4 of the Creamery Act, 1928, to the Dairy Disposals Co., Ltd.; and whether, in view of the present depression in the dairying industry, he proposes to take any action in the matter.
