Mr. J. Travers Wolfe asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he is yet in a position to state when the proposed Bill dealing with mineral rights will be introduced; and if he is aware that in some districts considerable employment has been prevented by reason of the delay which has taken place.

Mr. McGilligan: I expect this Bill [6] to be ready for introduction before the end of this month. No case where the giving of considerable employment has been prevented by absence of legislation has been brought to my notice.
