Mr. F.H. Crowley asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state on what grounds (other than a dispute over a right of way between landlord and tenant) a grant under the Evicted Tenants Acts to stock his farm was refused to James Buckley, Kilnarovanagh, Killarney (Estate B.M. Bernard).

Mr. Roddy: The Land Commission do not propose to give a grant for stock to Jas. Buckley, who is not a reinstated evicted tenant.
