Mr. Cassidy (for Mr. T. Murphy) asked the Minister for Finance if he is now prepared to enter into negotiations with representatives of the clergy and people of Bandon, with a view to the disposal of the old military barracks for the purpose of the conversion of the building into a Catholic Young Men's Hall.
