Proinnsias O Fathaigh Proinnsias O Fathaigh Proinnsias O Fathaigh asked the Minister for Justice if he will state in how many cases the licences of premises licensed for the sale of intoxicating liquor have been endorsed by Justices of the District Court since the passing of the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1927; and how many of these endorsements have been removed on appeal to the Circuit Court. Mr. Fitzgerald-Kenney Mr. Fitzgerald-Kenney Mr. Fitzgerald-Kenney: The number of cases in which licences have been endorsed during the period in question is 1,006 (one thousand and six); and in 345 (three hundred and forty-five) of these cases the endorsement has been removed on appeal by the Circuit Court.
