Mr. Blythe Mr. Blythe

Mr. Blythe: I move: “That it is expedient to amend the law relating to customs and inland revenue (including excise) and to make further provision in connection with finance.” As arranged, the debate on this Resolution will take place to-morrow. I therefore move to report progress.
