Mr. Killilea Mr. Killilea Mr. Killilea asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire the lands known as Ballinakill Farm, at Clonfert (Pollock Estate), Co. Galway, at present in the possession of Mr. Kenny, who resides in Co. Tipperary, for relief of congestion in that area. Mr. Lynch Mr. Lynch 752 Mr. Lynch: The holding containing 427a. 1r. 4p., in the townland of Ballinakill, held by Mr. E. W. Kenny as a tenant on the Pollock Estate, Co. Galway, will be treated as a retained [752] holding, and the question of the resumption of the lands for the relief of local congestion will be duly considered by the Land Commission.
