Pádraig O hOgáin (An Clár) asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire for distribution the Studdert Farm on the Hickman Estate at Rehey, Cross, Co. Clare.

Mr. Lynch: There are no proceedings in the Land Commission in regard to the acquisition of the farm referred to by the Deputy, which has been purchased under the Land Purchase Acts.
