Mr. Killilea asked the Minister for Finance whether he will state when the subscription of £3 paid by Patrick Burke, of Kilcommodan, Aughrim, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, to the Dáil Loan, 1919-20, will be refunded.

Mr. Blythe: The application of Mr. Patrick Burke, of Kilcommedan, was not received until after the expiration of the time limit for making applications fixed by me in accordance with Section 4 (1) of the Dáil Eireann Loans and Funds Act, 1924, and I regret, therefore, that I am not in a position to authorise repayment.
